Matthew “Matt” Hampton is a lifelong businessman who began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14 in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2015, Matthew co-founded a professional training and management organization with his wife (Maria), and their success drew the attention of philanthropic entrepreneur Lecester “Bill” Allen. As joint owners of Elevate Entrepreneurship Systems, Matthew and Maria have been contracted by the Allen Entrepreneurial Institute (AEI) since 2015 to design, develop and direct its programming as Directors of the Institute and Co-Founders / Directors of the AEI Start-Up Factory. Currently, the couple is also excited to lead infrastructure and architecture development for the New Black Wall Street Market in Stonecrest, Georgia.
