Reported by the AJC, the Stonecrest Planning Commission recommended approval for the Apex Land Company’s 65-Townhome project at it’s meeting on Tuesday.

Neighbors have serious concerns about the project on Panola & Thompson Mill Rd in regards to traffic and density in the area. The Developer reduced the number of Townhomes by 11 townhomes after some pushback but the neighbors still were not pleased.
