They had not received the document as of June 2nd as reported by OCG.Updated on June 22nd by The Champion News Paper – City of Stonecrest officials authorized the purchase and sale agreement for the former Sears buildings on Mall Parkway, paving the way for SeaQuest—a petting zoo and aquarium development—to open its newest location at the site set to open..“The attraction will rapidly open for business as soon as final approvals are provided from Stonecrest officials,” according to the release from SeaQuest..SeaQuest officials said they plan to open the first or second week of July but have not given an exact opening date
