The AJC reports that the huge transportation bill that many members of Congress celebrated and shared with their constituents were not included in the recent Senate bill released. This includes the I-20 interchange project shared with the Stonecrest City Council by Rep. Hank Johnson. With this project not being directly spelled out State Legislators will have to apply to the Executive branch to fund local projects that were assumed would be automatically funded by this bill. .So needless to say, if it does happen… the 2023 timeline seems unlikely.
