Here we grow again! The city of Stonecrest has approved a single family and Townhome Housing Development of 360 lots by Parkland Communities (an investment firm). Builder online also reports there are plans to develop a Marta park and ride right across the street from this new development to meet the need for “missing middle housing”. .Our question is… Is this what Stonecrest needs???
